Our standard and customized hosting plans (NOT the virtual hosting machines or the dedicated servers) carry a 30 days money-back guarantee, which includes the monthly hosting fees, but not the set-up fee of the respective package. This guarantee is valid within 30 days from the hosting account's set-up date, during which time a customer can cancel a hosting account with us and will receive a refund of monthly hosting fees paid by him to us for this account. After this period there will be no refund of any fees whatsoever.

In case the customer's hosting account is deactivated within 30 days from the host set up date by us because a violation of our hosting policy guidelines, notably but not exclusively by hacking of our web servers or hacking of other web servers from the customer's hosting account with us, installing hacker software and applications, IRC components and/or IRC bots, or pirated applications on our web servers or by spamming or distributing computer viruses by the customer, this 30 days money-back guarantee will be invalid and there will be no refund of any paid fees.

The above-mentioned 30 days money-back guarantee is only valid for our standard and customized LINUX and Windows web hosting plans, but not for our virtual hosting machines or our dedicated servers.
